Mechanical Animation
We offer mechanical animation services that show your product working from the inside out. Using hidden-line and section-view techniques, we build 3D animations that help your end customers understand exactly how your product functions, without opening a manual.
Mechanical animation is the process of creating realistic three-dimensional animation to visually represent the configuration, assemblies, and operation of mechanical products and their individual components.
These visuals are used across marketing, sales, training, and technical support, giving teams a single, reusable asset that explains complex assemblies more clearly than static images or text ever could.
We work directly from your existing 3D CAD data, so there is no need to rebuild geometry from scratch, keeping turnaround fast and the final animation true to the real product.
We provide various mechanical animation and rendering services:
- Photorealistic Rendered Images
- 360° Animation Videos
- Process Animation Videos
- Exploded-View Assembly Animation
- Catalogue & Marketing Renders
Our Mechanical Animation Process
CAD Data Review
We review your existing 3D CAD model and confirm which assemblies, motions, or cutaways need to be shown.
Storyboard & Sequence
A shot sequence or storyboard is planned so the animation explains the product in a logical, easy-to-follow order.
3D Animation & Rendering
We build the animation or photorealistic renders, applying materials, lighting, and section views for clarity.
Final Render Delivery
Finished video or image files are delivered in the format and resolution you need for marketing, sales, or training.
Case Study
Mechanical Animation
Client : An industrial pump manufacturer in Italy.
Problem : Client needed a way to explain the internal working of a multi-stage pump to sales prospects and new technicians without cutting open a physical unit.
Resolution : Using the client's existing 3D CAD model, we built a section-view animation showing fluid flow and moving components through a full operating cycle, along with a set of photorealistic renders for the sales catalogue. The animation is now used in sales presentations and technician onboarding, cutting training time and improving prospects' understanding of the product during the sales cycle.
