Our engineers prepare your 3D models for print, recommend the right technology and material for your application, and coordinate with our partner facilities to manage the full process from file to finished part, so you get a single point of contact from design through to delivery.
Because we manage the handoff to our partner facilities directly, you get a single point of contact for the whole process rather than needing to manage a print vendor relationship yourself.

Case Study
Rapid Prototyping
Client : A consumer product startup in Germany.
Problem : Client needed a functional prototype of a new housing design quickly to test fit and ergonomics before committing to injection mould tooling.
Resolution : We prepared the client's 3D CAD model for print and coordinated with our SLA prototyping partner to produce a dimensionally accurate prototype within days. The client used the prototype for hands-on ergonomic testing, identified two design changes, and had a revised prototype in hand within the same week, avoiding a costly tooling correction later in the project.
